I love the staff here. They get to know you as a person not just a customer. Felix at the front desk is such a great person to deal with. Always has a smile, helpful with any requests and is very respectful. The room is very comfortable and homie. I would recommend them to everyone I know.

I was a little disappointed in the furniture in the room the easy boy chair was all scratched up and damage. The Ottoman didn’t look clean I was afraid to sit on it, or use it for a footstool. The shower curtain need a lining in it. The little difficult trying to take a shower since the curtain wasn’t stationary enough. Other than that it was fine.. considering that I’ll paid $174.00 for one night. I thought things would be better. Did not go to the front desk and complain because I had to get up early. I want to just get in the bed as quick as possible.. It’s very comfortable Bed , no complaints. Recommendation look at the furniture. If it doesn’t look good remove it out of the rooms.

I arrived rather late and the front desk attendant was very pleasant and professional. Proceeded to my room on the second floor and the halls were clean and it was easy yo roll my luggage to the room at the end of the hall because thee is no carpet. Creates a much cleaner look. My room was spacious and clean. Bed quite comfortable. Best sleep I have had in a hotel in a long time. Claudia at check out was friendly and professional. I will definite stay again. Staff gets 5 stars.

I don’t understand the poor reviews, which made me nervous. In my experience, the place is spotlessly clean, front desk was fine, pool area was spotless ( saw them checking the water and cleaning out leaves) and my room was comfortable and clean. No complaints at all. Also, (forgot to add) NO bugs! And Claudia at the front desk is awesome - so are others but not sure of names.
